Our scheduling services include collaborating with your stakeholders to establish an accurate distribution of resources over time to determine the project deliverables.

  • Development and Analysis of Schedule.
    Early on in the development of the project, it is critical to have an understanding of the probable factors that will influence the duration of the implementation process, including construction time. We will develop a master schedule and collaborate with your team and the design team to analyse the anticipated schedule duration. The result of the analysis will be an evaluation of the consistency of the anticipated duration with your productivity and / or ROI objectives.

Rates for our Scheduling are as follows:

  • $6,600 for a single floor, single building project.
  • $2,750 for each additional building or floor of the same project.
  • $375/hr for revisions. Repeat clients are $275/hr.
  • Special discounts may be available depending on the project size and duration.
  • We will require a complete set of plans. It is the client's responsibility to provide the hard copy and digital set of plans to us.

Retainer fee is $6,000 prior to starting. This represents 16 hours of service. All fees are billed weekly and due upon receipt, unless specified otherwise in the Service Agreement.
