From first look at the project cost at a conceptual level utilizing cost models from similar projects, adjusted to compensate for current market conditions, to final Cost of Work Schedule of Values, we will help you manage your project costs to maintain your pro-forma analysis.
Scheduling
We will develop a master schedule and collaborate with your team and the design team to analyse the anticipated schedule duration. The result of the analysis will be an evaluation of the consistency of the anticipated duration with your productivity and / or ROI objectives.
Contract Negotiations
